Ammar Mohammed Mahmoud Mohammed, Counsellor and Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Sudan to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Sudan and South Sudan. The Council heard a Report of the Secretary-General on the situation in Abyei.
