General Assembly Holds Elections of Members to Various Committees and Commissions

The Assembly held elections of members to: the Committee for Programme and Coordination; the Organizational Committee of the Peacebuilding Commission; the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL); and the Permanent Forum of People of African Descent. It further appointed members to the Committee on Conferences and the Joint Inspection Unit.
