Security Council Meets on Situation in Syria

Dmitry Polyanskiy, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Middle East (Syria).

The Council heard the monthly report of the Director General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) on progress in the elimination of the Syrian chemical weapons programme.
