Security Council Meets on Situation Concerning Democratic Republic of Congo

Ernest Rwamucyo, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Rwanda to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Council heard a Report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO).
