Secretary-General António Guterres (right) meets with Isaac Herzog, President of the State of Israel, ahead of the United Nations Holocaust Memorial Ceremony: on the theme "Holocaust Remembrance for Dignity and Human Rights" in observance of the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust. In the centre is Philemon Yang, President of the seventy-ninth session of the General Assembly.
