Isaac Herzog, President of the State of Israel, addresses the United Nations Holocaust Memorial Ceremony: Holocaust Remembrance for Dignity and Human Rights in observance of the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust.

The event is organized by the United Nations Outreach Programme on the Holocaust.
