Opening of 2018 Session of Special Committee on Decolonization

Walton Alfonso Webson (centre), Permanent Representative of Antigua and Barbuda to the United Nations, chairs the opening session of the Special Committee on the Situation with regard to the Implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples.
