Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations Visits South Sudan

Jean-Pierre Lacroix (left), Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations, meets with Philip Jiada, Director of Protocol of the Government of South Sudan.

The Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations is visiting Juba, South Sudan. During his visit he will meet with Government officials to discuss progress made on implementing the Revitalized Peace Agreement, upcoming elections, and critical security issues impacting South Sudan.
