Secretary-General Briefs Press on Humanitarian and Development Funding

UN Secretary-General António Guterres arrives to deliver a press briefing on the impact that severe cuts to humanitarian and development funding by the United States will have on millions of people worldwide.

"The consequences will be especially devastating for vulnerable people around the world," Mr. Guterres said.
