Foreign Minister of Rwanda Briefs Press after Security Council on Democratic Republic of Congo

Olivier Nduhungirehe, Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Council heard a Report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO).
