Commemoration of 1994 Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda

Cindy Monia Keza, lights a candle in honour of families lost during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda during the 31st commemoration of the genocide on the International Day of Reflection on the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.

The event was co-organized by Permanent Mission of Rwanda and Department of Global Communications.
