Commemoration of 1994 Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda

Germaine Tuyisenge Müller, Global Health Researcher, Author, Educator and Survivor, speaks during the 31st commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda on the International Day of Reflection on the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.

The event was co-organized by Permanent Mission of Rwanda and Department of Global Communications.
