Commemoration of 1994 Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda

Robert Kayinamura, Chargé D'affaires of Permanent Mission of the Republic of Rwanda to the United Nations, addresses the 31st commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda on the International Day of Reflection on the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.

The event was co-organized by Permanent Mission of Rwanda and Department of Global Communications.
