Press Conference with Secretary-General and Foreign Minister and Minister of Defence of Germany

Secretary-General António Guterres (centre) briefs reporters with Johann Wadephul, Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, and Boris Pistorius, Minister of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The Secretary-General is in Berlin, Germany, to attend the UN Peacekeeping Ministerial and deliver remarks that will focus on the future of peacekeeping. While in Germany, the Secretary-General will meet with German officials, including Friedrich Merz, Chancellor of Germany.
