General Assembly Holds Election of Members of Economic and Social Council

Six delegates (in blue chairs in background) attend the 75th plenary meeting of the General Assembly in order to verify the transparency of the voting process as the Assembly held election of members of the Economic and Social Council. The Economic and Social Council has 54 members. 18 members are elected by the General Assembly each year for a three-year term.
