Sanita Pavļuta-Deslandes, Permanent Representative of Latvia to the United Nations, chairs the 31st plenary meeting of the Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee). On the agenda was a "comprehensive review of the whole question of peacekeeping operations in all their aspects".
