General Assembly Resumes Emergency Special Session on Palestine
The General Assembly adopted a resolution during the resumed 10th Emergency Special Session of the General Assembly on "Illegal Israeli actions in occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territory". The resolution was titled "Protection of civilians and upholding legal and humanitarian obligations". It was adopted by recorded vote: 149 votes in favour; 12 against; 19 abstentions.
