Secretary-General António Guterres (at podium and on screens) delivers a report on "Responsibility to protect: 20 years of commitment to principled and collective action" to the 80th plenary meeting of the General Assembly on the theme responsibility to protect and the prevention of genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.
