Head of MONUSCO Visits Goma

Bintou Keita (third from right), Special Representative of the Secretary-General in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Head of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), attends an honour guard by military police at the MONUSCO Lava Site base in Goma.

Ms. Keita is in Goma in the Democratic Republic of the Congo for a three-day visit to discuss priorities after changes in the MONUSCO mandate, specifically in terms of protection of civilians.
