Flag Ceremony during Opening of 4th International Conference on Financing for Development

Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Minister of Interior of Spain, addresses a flag ceremony held at the opening of the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) in Sevilla, Spain. The ceremony symbolizes that the venue is under the jurisdiction of the United Nations during the duration of the Conference.
