UN Secretary-General António Guterres and Li Junhua, UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs (fourth and third from right), meet with the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in Kazakhstan. The UNCT in Kazakhstan includes 27 agencies, funds and programs working in Kazakhstan.
