Security Council Meets on Peace Consolidation in West Africa

Eloy Alfaro de Alba, Permanent Representative of Panama to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the Month of August, chairs the Security Council meeting on peace consolidation in West Africa. The Council heard a Report of the Secretary-General on the activities of the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel (UNOWAS).
