Netherlands Gifts Tree to United Nations

Karel van Oosterom (at podium), Permanent Representative of the Netherlands to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the month of March, makes remarks during a ceremony in which the Netherlands gifted a tree to the United Nations. The red oak tree will be planted on the North Lawn of the UN Headquarters complex later in the spring.
