Wien-Weibert Arthus (centre), Deputy Permanent Representative of Haiti to the United Nations, attends the Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Haiti of the Economic and Social Council on Haiti. Participants discussed concrete avenues to support Haiti on its path to stability and development. The event took the form of a high-level panel, and was followed by a moderated discussion.
