Jihoon Cha, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the month of September, chairs the Security Council meeting on the situation concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo. At right is Claudia Banz, Director of the Security Council Affairs Division of the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA).
