Ammar Mohammed Mahmoud Mohammed, Minister Plenipotentiary of the Permanent Mission of Republic of Sudan to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in Sudan and South Sudan. The Council heard a report of the Secretary-General on the situation in Abyei.
