Security Council Meets on Situation in Central African Republic

The Security Council adopted Resolution 2800 on United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA), extending the mandate of MINUSCA until 15 November 2026, during the meeting on the situation in the Central African Republic. The resolution was adopted with 14 votes in favour and 1 abstention (United States).
