Security Council Adopts Resolution on Gaza

17 November 2025

Michael G. Waltz, Permanent Representative of the United States of America to the United Nations, attends the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question.

Later during the meeting the Council adopted resolution 2803 (2025). The resolution will establish an international force to restore order in Gaza, protect civilians and open the way for large-scale aid and rebuilding.
