Dedication of Flower of Srebrenica Memorial

Munira Subašić (centre), President of the Association of the Mothers of Srebrenica and Zepa, her grandson Kerim Subašić (left), and Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed at the dedication of the "Flower of Srebrenica" Memorial honoring the victims of the 1995 genocide in Srebrenica. Twenty-two members of Munira Subašić's immediate family were killed in the genocide, including her husband and her youngest son. The memorial is located in the garden at UN Headquarters.
