General Assembly Debates Question of Representation and Increase in Membership of Security Council

Dionísio da Costa Babo Soares (left), Vice-President of the eightieth session of the United Nations General Assembly and Permanent Representative of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, chairs the 45th plenary meeting of the General Assembly. The Assembly held a debate on the question of equitable representation on and increase in the membership of the Security Council and other matters related to the Security Council.
