Head of MONUSCO Meets Members of Children's Parliament

Leila Zerrougui, Special Representative and Head of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), meets with members of the provincial Children's Parliament, who introduced themselves as the ""Voice of the Voiceless"". Founded in 1999, the Parliament aims at protecting, promoting and defending children's rights.
