General Assembly Holds 61st Plenary Meeting

The General Assembly votes on a draft resolution on "Advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the Obligations of Israel in relation to the presence and activities of the United Nations, other international organizations and third States in and in relation to the Occupied Palestinian Territory" under the agenda item "Strengthening of the United Nations system" during the 61st plenary meeting of the General Assembly. The resolution was adopted with 139 votes in favour, 12 against and 19 abstentions.
