Dionísio da Costa Babo Soares (left), Vice-President of the eightieth session of the United Nations General Assembly and Permanent Representative of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, chairs the 61st plenary meeting of the General Assembly. The meeting discussed a number of issues on the agenda. At right is Kenji Nakano, Chief of the General Assembly Affairs Branch, Department for General Assembly and Conference Management (DGACM).
