Security Council Meets in Situation in Yemen

The Security Council adopts Resolution 2813 (2026) on the United Nations Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) during the Council meeting on the situation in the Middle East (Yemen). The resolution was adopted with 13 votes in favour; 0 against; 2 abstentions (China, Russian Federation). The resolution decides to extend UNMHA's mandate for a final two-month period until 31 March 2026.
