General Assembly Debates Question of Representation and Increase in Membership of Security Council

Michael Imran Kanu, Permanent Representative of Sierra Leone to the UN, addresses the General Assembly plenary meeting on the question of equitable representation on and increase in the membership of the Security Council and the question of the veto in the Security Council.
