Bience Philomena Gawanas, UN Special Adviser on Africa, makes remarks during a Special Memorial Service to honour Winnie Madikizela-Mandela. Mrs. Madikizela-Mandela, who passed away 2 April, was a South African anti-apartheid activist and politician, and the ex-wife of Nelson Mandela.
