General Assembly Holds 2026 High-level Meeting on HIV/AIDS

Annalena Baerbock (centre), President of the eightieth session of the United Nations General Assembly, chairs the 2026 high-level meeting on HIV/AIDS.

The General Assembly adopted a "Political Declaration on HIV/AIDS: United to End AIDS by 2030" under the agenda item Implementation of the Declaration of Commitment on
HIV/AIDS and the political declarations on HIV/AIDS.
