Zenon Ngay Mukongo, Permanent Representative of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the month of July, briefs reporters following informal dialogues between Council members and candidates for the position of the next Secretary-General: Mr. Macky Sall, Mr. Rafael Grossi and Mrs. Carolyn Rodrigues Birkett, held on July 7 and 9, 2026 respectively.
