General Assembly Holds 109th Plenary Meeting

The General Assembly votes on a draft resolution on "Enhancing the participation of Indigenous Peoples' representatives and representative institutions in meetings of relevant United Nations bodies on issues affecting them" under the agenda item rights of Indigenous Peoples during the 109th plenary meeting of the General Assembly. The resolution was adopted with 139 votes in favour, 3 against and 6 abstentions.
