Unveiling of Portrait of the Fourth Secretary-General of the United Nations

Portrait of Kurt Waldheim, fourth Secretary-General of the United Nations, by Everett Kinstler, an American artist, is being unveiled, with a brief ceremony at the Secretariat Lobby of the United Nations. The portrait is commissioned and donated by the United Nations Association of the United States of America (UNA-UBA).
