"Secretary-General Javier Perez de Cuellar paid a two-day official visit to Paris, 13-14 September, during which he conferred with high French officials, met with United Nations Information Centre staff and addressed the Executive Council of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
