Frieda Dalen, (Head Teacher) Alternate Delegate of Norway and Rapporteuse of the Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee, addresses the first session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, held in London, United Kingdom. Ms. Dalen is the first female delegate to address the Assembly.
