The General Assembly met to pay tribute to Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and for the taking of the oath of office by the Secretary-General-designate António Guterres.
Secretary-General Ban addresses the General Assembly, following the Assembly's adoption of a resolution paying tribute to his service to the Organization.
