Security Council Extends Mandate of Liberia Mission

The Security Council adopted resolution 2333 (2016), extending the mandate of the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) until 30 March 2018. The vote on the resolution was 12 in favour, with 3 abstentions (France, Russian Federation, United Kingdom).
