Ministers of Iraq, United Kingdom Speak to Press

Ibrahim Abdulkarim Al-Jafari (centre right), Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iraq, speaks to journalists following the adoption of Security Council resolution 2379 (2017) on the establishment of an Investigative Team to support efforts to hold the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as Da'esh) accountable for possible war crimes in Iraq.
