Press Conference on Habitat III, Role of Local Authorities

Joan Clos (centre), Executive Director of the UN Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and Secretary-General of the UN Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (Habitat III), briefs journalists on the role of local authorities in the Conference outcome. Habitat III is scheduled to take place in Quito, Ecuador, from 17 to 20 October 2016.
