ECOSOC 2016 Humanitarian Affairs Segment

Stephen O'Brien, Under Secretary-General of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), makes remarks at the opening of the Economic and Social Council's 2016 Humanitarian Affairs Segment (HAC). The theme of this year's segment is ""Restoring Humanity and Leaving No One Behind: Working together to reduce people's humanitarian need, risk and vulnerability"".
