Head of OCHA Briefs Council on Humanitarian Situation in Syria

Stephen O'Brien, Under Secretary-General of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), addresses the Security Council during today's meeting on the situation in the Middle East and the implementation of Security Council resolutions by all parties to the conflict in the Syrian Arab Republic.
