Espen Barth Eide, Special Adviser to the Secretary-General on Cyprus, speaks to journalists following today's Security Council meeting at which members unanimously voted to extend the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) mandate until 31 January 2017.
