OHCHR Holds Special Event on Human Rights Council Tenth Anniversary

Mogens Lykketoft (second from right), President of the seventieth session of the General Assembly, speaks at today's special event on ""Are Human Rights under Assault? The event was organized by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Human Rights Council.
